What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 to 5 years of experience, Backend/full-stack development background, Data or automation workflows background, Proven AI agents building experience, LLMs, RAG, MCP experience, Architectural design experience, Python proficiency, Data fundamentals proficiency, SQL proficiency, JSON proficiency, Data modeling proficiency, Production deployment expertise, API integrations experience, MCP experience, Webhooks experience, Connectors experience, Low-code/no-code automation platforms experience, English communication skills, French communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier or equivalent, Experience with Claude Code, Experience with Langchain, Experience with Dust
