What You'll Do.
Complete loan transactions
Process manual periodic settlements
Balance accrual accounts
Balance billing accounts
Balance general ledger accounts
Send notification to participation banks
Reconcile outstanding items
Clear outstanding items
Reconcile loan payments
Ensure payments agree with lead bank
Escalate out of balance situations
Stay up to date on processes
Adapt to changing environment
Perform transactions on acquired portfolios
Perform transactions on converted portfolios
Ensure smooth transition
Adhere to risk standards
Adhere to regulatory standards
Identify risk-related issues
Promote an environment of belonging
Maintain internal control standards
Complete other duties as assigned
