Enter data into ETMS timely
Ensure Pharmaceutical & Healthcare requirement compliance
Provide flight details promptly
Give timely feedback to customers
Obtain rates approval from customer
Monitor shipment uplift
Monitor shipment transit
Highlight delay / offloading
Ensure timely creation of SOPs
Ensure updates for SOPs
Understand customers’ profiles
Understand handling requirements
Respond to customer complaints
Respond to customer enquiries
Provide possible suggestions
Provide possible solutions
