What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–3 years of experience in customer success, client services, sales support, or a related role, organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, Clear written and verbal communication comfortable engaging and building relationships with external partners, Working knowledge of tools such as Google Sheets, HubSpot, and DocuSign, Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven decision-making and process improvement
Nice to Have
Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required, Familiarity with the insurance or MGA space, particularly commercial auto (trucking, logistics), is a plus, A bachelor's degree is nice to have, Exposure to data analytics tools (Excel, SQL) or data visualization is a plus
What You'll Do.
Serve as first point of contact for agencies
Engage with prospective agencies
Guide new agency partners through onboarding
Develop and maintain onboarding resources
Assist agents in navigating platform
Support agencies in understanding underwriting appetite
Track and monitor agency activation metrics
Identify patterns in agency interactions
Partner with cross-functional teams
Serve as internal advocate for agency feedback
Cross-train with Agency Success Lead

Collaborate across teams; Partner with the Agency Success Lead, sales, underwriting, product, and marketing teams; Serve as an internal advocate for agency feedback
