Must Have
Bachelor's Degree from any fields, At least 3 years of work experience in agency business, acceleration, and/or strategic planning & development field, Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Able to work independently with minimal guidance and monitoring to meet tight reporting deadlines, Analytical and proactive, Analytical skills, deductive reasoning, problem solving and critical thinking skills, Able to collaborate with other teams to drive positive outcomes

Strategically plan and position key initiatives
Ensure achievement of production
Utilize data to identify insights and trends
Diagnose the current situation
Drive the execution of crucial strategic initiatives
Conduct market intelligence activities
Provide valuable insights to internal teams
Collaborate with Takaful
and PRS/Mortgage teams
Leverage expertise as a dedicated product/campaign specialist
Drive cross-selling initiatives
Ensure alignment with THS/TWS Strategy
Manage day-to-day BAU activities
Coordinate Advisory & Healthier
Provide guidance to Agency Business/Strategic Development team
Integrate digital tools for operational impact
Act as a key member of the Nexus
Assist in implementing Nexus initiatives
Collect feedback from branch Agency Business Development
Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by
