Work where you matter.** **A Brief Overview** Serves as the primary contact for Avera Health Plans Broker, Agency and Consultant network. The Agency Relations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all distribution channel support including agent onboarding, E insurance, marketing and collaterals, compliance and training. Responsibilities include managing the agent appointment process, evaluating the compliance status of appointed agents, coordinating the new quote process in conjunction with Avera Health Plans departments, contract management, training, and content expertise in Avera Health Plans products and services. **What you will do ** * The Agency Relations Coordinator will coordinate and carry out the functions necessary for outstanding agency sales management as measured by new sales growth, client retention, survey response, and compliance metrics. * Build strong personal relationships with agents, consultants and their groups and will assure that the distribution network is compliant with all federal, state, and internal regulations, requirements, and policies. * Responsible for training agents on portals, commissions, and product offerings. * Educate and promote Avera Health Plans products and services. Monitors the agent portal and reports any issues to the appropriate vendor. Fully compliance agent appointment and reappointment process. Current agent manual outlining Avera Health Plans current policies and procedures. * Responsible for completing and submitting all required weekly and monthly agent activity reports. * Track and report Broker/Agent
