The **Agency Growth Program and Scale-Up Head** play a critical leadership role in driving the strategic expansion of the Agency channel through the design, execution, and scaling of high-impact recruitment and financing programs. This role leads end-to-end initiatives to attract, acquire, finance, and develop high-quality Financial Advisors and Agency Leaders—ensuring sustainable manpower growth and increased productivity. The role oversees key growth programs, including Experienced Manager Hiring and Financing Programs, which contribute approximately 15% of the total Agency APE target (~USD 2–3M annually).
