THE ROLE As our first Agency Development Manager, you will be the face of SafeLease to the brokerage community. You will be responsible for identifying, appointing, and managing relationships with independent agents as well as regional and national brokerages. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Build the Network: Identify and recruit high-performing commercial lines agencies and brokers who specialize in our core and adjacent verticals (self-storage, light industrial, marinas, hangars, etc). - Onboard & Activate: Lead the appointment process. After signing producer agreements; you’ll train producers on how to use the SafeLease portal to quote and bind business in minutes and ensure they are successfully utilizing our platform and understand our appetite. - Relati
