What You'll Do.
repairs and serviceability checks on AGE/FLSE in accordance with applicable technical data

Uses test equipment to determine operation of support equipment
interpret findings and make corrective adjustments.
Utilizes testing and diagnostic equipment while troubleshooting hydraulic
fuel and pneumatic systems and components for serviceability.
Tests and calibrates repaired items to assure adequacy and reliability of repair actions.
Prepares and inspects assets/equipment for shipment by air
sea and surface transportation.
Performs servicing and or maintenance on in-use assets and returns equipment to mission capable.
Operates various materials handling equipment as required.
Performs TDY within the Area of Operations as required by the US Air Force/Amentum taskings.
Conforms to all US Air Force/Amentum safety
hazardous material and quality standards.

The **AGE Mechanic** is the primary technician responsible for maintenance, inspection and serviceability checks on generators, air conditioners, heaters, light carts, air compressors, assorted non-powered AGE and flight line support equipment (FLSE). Repairs and inspects hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and fuel systems, to include turbine, diesel and gasoline engine driven AGE. Accomplishments work in accordance with USAF/Amentum International technical data.
