What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7–10+ years of progressive experience in compliance, regulatory, ethics, or risk management roles, Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and overseeing enterprise compliance programs, knowledge of U. S. federal and state regulatory, Proven ability to operate as a strategic legal advisor to senior and executive leadership, Excellent judgment, discretion, and integrity, Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, active license to practice law in the United States
Nice to Have
preferably within energy, infrastructure, or other highly regulated industries, anti‑corruption, ethics, regulatory compliance, internal controls, international or multinational compliance experience, Professional certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)
