What You'll Achieve.
Increase sales and profits; Achieve OES performance in terms of sales, profitability and logistics; Achieve business acquisition for OES specific & Smart Post equipment solutions; Support budget and MTP sales

Implement necessary corrective action plans to address any commercial or operation issue with the customer; Propose actions for sell-out

What You'll Do.
Ensure the competitiveness and full-compliance of Valeo offers with the expectations and requirements of the Customer in the Region
Define and manage the commercial/promotional activities to support the customer’s growth
Drive the OES performance in terms of sales
profitability and logistics in the regional scope
Build a strategic MTP and sales Budget to increase sales and profits
Assure regular meetings with key Valeo stakeholders
or other customer’s relevant departments
Maintain a monitoring system enabling to analyse product profitability and manage the portfolio
Liaise with the Valeo Division to take into account part specificities
agree on strategies and implement necessary corrective action plans to address any commercial or operation issue with the customer
Feed the OES team with information regarding market figures (Customers and vehicles)
Identify new places / new customers for new business opportunities on Replacement Parts and Smart Solutions in Accessories incl. Electrification & Connectivity
Build business plans and promote to each Customer group target and to each internal contributor
Manage business development projects with Valeo Divisions counterparts until Order Intake and Start of Production in coordination with Regional Business Development Manager
Collect market information and build the market intelligence in the region (size
competitors positioning and benchmarks)
Develop with your Regional Marketing Manager the OES Go-to-Market strategy for the markets under your responsibility and each customer
Build intimacy with Customer’s marketing department and deploy your Operational Marketing Plans and Roadmaps to support budget and MTP sales
Support monthly sales analysis
compare with the Market trend and propose actions for sell-out
Promote Valeo OES presence in regional automotive fairs
Techdays and Customer special events
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Assure regular meetings with key Valeo stakeholders, Marketing, Logistic, Purchasing, or other customer’s relevant departments; Liaise with the Valeo Division; Manage business development projects with Valeo Divisions counterparts; Develop with your Regional Marketing Manager the OES Go-to-Market strategy; Build intimacy with Customer’s marketing department
