What You'll Achieve.

Industry & Context.
80%+ time spent in production environment executing & coordinating manufacturing activities, travel to customer plants, wear and use any Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Leadership in a Production/ Manufacturing environment, organizational and prioritization abilities in fast-paced environments, Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Ability to manage time and multiple projects/ priorities, Ability to navigate ERP system
Nice to Have
Team-oriented mindset, Technical skills including welding & parts assembly, Knowledge of Continuous Improvement concepts
What You'll Do.
Drive timely and efficient execution and shipment of Aftermarket and stock job orders
Ensure focus on the aftermarket value stream production
Lead the Aftermarket Manufacturing team
Represent the Aftermarket in daily meetings
Ensure Aftermarket jobs progress through manufacturing departments
Monitor and track Aftermarket jobs from order entry to shipment
Drive urgency with priority jobs
Manage workload in alignment with the Master AMVS Schedule
Monitor stock job list to minimize delays or stock outs
Monitor and sustain a minimal shipping backlog
Support and contribute to process improvements
Support Aftermarket outsourcing demand & strategy
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Communicate, engage, and interact with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Procurement, and Engineering; Collaborate with Aftermarket engineering; Collaborate with Aftermarket Leader and Operations; Communicate with CSRs on order status; Collaboration with purchasing; Coordination with outsources on Aftermarket parts
