High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience., Must have, or be able to obtain by time of hire, a valid driver’s license and meet requirements in accordance with SPPM 7.10 and departmental driving standards.

Nice to Have

Two years full-time experience coordinating and verifying complex academic, medical and/or military records., Experience using myFacilities; ITS Customer myWSU; UI VandalWeb, Courseleaf (CLSS), and other applications., Experience working in higher education., Proficiency using computer software (Microsoft Office Suite) such as e-mail/calendaring, word processing, spreadsheets, slide show presentations, videoconferencing platforms (e.g. , Zoom), and databases., Experience with programs administered by Oracle (e.g. , WINGS)

What You'll Do.

Provide comprehensive support to the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) program across multiple functional areas

including university funds management

administrative support

postal and mail operations

equipment issue and inventory

and report preparation

including data entry and retrieval from various university systems.

Oversee the unit budget and fiscal processes.

Coordinate program support functions with external agencies.

Manage general office operations.

Support special events and training activities.

Occasionally arrange complex travel.

Serve as the primary operational and administrative point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on complex and sensitive matters.
