What You'll Do.
Provide comprehensive support to the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) program across multiple functional areas
including university funds management

Oversee the unit budget and fiscal processes.
Coordinate program support functions with external agencies.
Manage general office operations.
Support special events and training activities.
Occasionally arrange complex travel.

You oversee the unit budget and fiscal processes, coordinate program support functions with external agencies, manage general office operations, support special events and training activities, and occasionally arrange complex travel. In this role, you apply independent judgment grounded in a strong understanding of AFROTC operations as well as Washington State University and University of Idaho procedures. You regularly handle confidential information requiring discretion, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, and exercise independent judgment in work directly tied to management policies and AFROTC business operations. You also serve as the primary operational and administrative point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on complex and sensitive matters. **Additional Information:** This is a **full-time** (**100%** FTE), **permanent** position.
