Must Have
Master’s degree in Accountancy, Master’s degree in Controlling, Master’s degree in Finance, Master’s degree in Economics, Eligibility to qualify as CA (SA), Eligibility to qualify as CPA, Nearing completion of RA education, Nearing completion of ACCA education, 3 years of experience in Audit, 3 years of experience in Internal Control, Hands-on experience in setting up risk and control frameworks, Hands-on experience in documenting risk and control frameworks, Hands-on experience in evaluating risk and control frameworks, Knowledge of financial systems, Knowledge of financial processes, Good knowledge of IFRS, Good knowledge of NL GAAP, Good knowledge of US GAAP
Nice to Have
Big 4 experience, Experience with COSO framework, Experience with GRC software, Experience with Workiva

Assist in setting up documentation
Assist in evaluation of risk frameworks
Assist in evaluation of control frameworks
Review internal controls
Test internal controls
Provide insights to enhance finance operating model
Advice to enhance finance operating model
Assist in enterprise risk management evaluation
Translate recommendations into solutions
