Industry & Context.
Travel Requirement: This position entails travel, estimated at 50% of work time annually. Travel may be required for property visits, conferences, training sessions, or other business-related activities., This position is primarily remote, with required travel to assigned properties., This is a safety-sensitive position and may be subject to additional compliance requirements.

What You'll Do.
reviewing Affordable Housing applications and ensuring they are eligible and compliant with applicable and current regulatory requirements
review of Affordable Housing resident files for eligibility and compliance with all required laws
review of files based on information presented by the applicants and ensure review of files within 24 hours of receiving
Adherence to all policies and procedures as set forth in the personnel manual
Monitoring changes in LIHTC regulations and requirements and implementing modifications as indicated
Attendance at TDHCA trainings annually
Participates in all tax credit reviews by outside entities
