Full Job Description
We are currently looking Affluent Banking Market Consultant our Qatar operations. Experience Required: • Minimum 7–10 years in affluent banking, segment strategy, consulting, value proposition design, or similar fields. • Previous roles involving competitor analysis, trend forecasting, and reporting • Experience interpreting insights and translating them into strategic recommendations. • Proven track record in business development and client acquisition within the premium segment • Proven ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of affluent banking and value proposition design. • Excellent research and data interpretation abilities • Strategic thinking and the ability to synthesize insights. • Strong communication and advisory skills. • Execution leadership and stakeholder management. • Analytical and problem solving abilities. Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or related field. • Certifications in consulting, strategy, product management, or project management are advantageous. Technical Skills • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation tools. • Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital banking ecosystems. • Experience with dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
