Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret trading volume, retention, ROI, and behavioral trends; Identify and prevent potential risks such as wash trading, arbitrage abuse, multi-accounting, or non-compliant traffic sources; Able to detect early signals of affiliate churn, competitor engagement, or business decline
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in Crypto, FX, CFD, Trading Platforms, or related financial industries, Familiar with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, and rebate mechanisms, Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), or B2B partnership management, Understanding of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive systems, Relationship management and stakeholder communication skills, Ability to handle sensitive partner situations with maturity and professionalism, Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret trading volume, retention, ROI, and behavioral trends, Commercial negotiation capability for exclusive partnerships, tiered commissions, and co-marketing campaigns, Risk awareness regarding affiliate abuse, compliance concerns, and suspicious trading activities, Cross-cultural communication experience managing LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets, Patient, stable, and long-term relationship oriented service mindset and partnership mentality, High emotional intelligence and interpersonal sensitivity, Able to detect early signals of affiliate churn, competitor engagement, or business decline, Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, Fluency in English is required
Nice to Have
Trading or quantitative trading background, Experience in compliance, risk control, or partner due diligence, Experience managing online communities or affiliate ecosystems, Additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese would be an advantage

Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates
and strategic partners
Drive affiliate performance growth across user acquisition
and revenue contribution
Monitor affiliate performance metrics and identify abnormal behaviors
or growth opportunities
Handle affiliate concerns professionally
including commission disputes
and operational escalations
Analyze affiliate ROI
and lifecycle performance to improve overall ecosystem efficiency
Identify and prevent potential risks such as wash trading
or non-compliant traffic sources
Maintain market awareness of competitor affiliate programs
commission structures
Support affiliate onboarding
and long-term relationship development
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal; Design and execute joint campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership initiatives with affiliates
Communication Scope
Relationship management and stakeholder communication skills; Cross-cultural communication experience managing LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets; Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders; Additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese would be an advantage
