What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Industry Experience in Crypto, FX, CFD, Trading Platforms, or related financial industries, Familiar with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, and rebate mechanisms, Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), or B2B partnership management, Understanding of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive systems, Relationship management and stakeholder communication skills, Ability to handle sensitive partner situations with maturity and professionalism, Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret trading volume, retention, ROI, and behavioral trends, Commercial negotiation capability for exclusive partnerships, tiered commissions, and co-marketing campaigns, Risk awareness regarding affiliate abuse, compliance concerns, and suspicious trading activities, Cross-cultural communication experience managing LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets, Patient, stable, and long-term relationship oriented service mindset and partnership mentality, High emotional intelligence and interpersonal sensitivity, Able to detect early signals of affiliate churn, competitor engagement, or business decline, Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, Fluency in English is required
Nice to Have
Trading or quantitative trading background, Experience in compliance, risk control, or partner due diligence, Experience managing online communities or affiliate ecosystems, Additional EU languages would be an advantage
