Experience in Crypto, FX, CFD, Trading Platforms, or related financial industries, Familiar with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, and rebate mechanisms, Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), or B2B partnership management, Understanding of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive systems, Relationship management and stakeholder communication skills, Ability to handle sensitive partner situations with maturity and professionalism, Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret trading volume, retention, ROI, and behavioral trends, Commercial negotiation capability for exclusive partnerships, tiered commissions, and co-marketing campaigns, Risk awareness regarding affiliate abuse, compliance concerns, and suspicious trading activities, Fluency in English is required
Nice to Have
Cross-cultural communication experience managing LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets is preferred, Trading or quantitative trading background, Experience in compliance, risk control, or partner due diligence, Experience managing online communities or affiliate ecosystems, Additional languages would be an advantage

This role is not focused on cold acquisition or aggressive business development. Instead, the ARM acts as a strategic partner manager responsible for affiliate retention, revenue growth, relationship stability, and risk awareness.
