With offices in Gibraltar, Antigua, and bases in Malta and the Philippines, plus a global remote team, we welcome motivated people capable of building and scaling business functions. **Job Purpose** YSI is looking for an Affiliate Manager to own the affiliate and partnerships acquisition channel for Yellow Social. This is a commercial role with real strategic weight. You will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of affiliate and acquisition partners — identifying the right ones, negotiating the right deals and holding the programme accountable to performance. You will work closely with product, analytics, creative and compliance teams across a business that is scaling quickly. The affiliate channel is an important growth lever and we need someone who can run it properly: commercially astute, organised and operationally tight. This is not a relationship management role in name only — you own the numbers. We are a company that values progressive thinking.
