About Our Client It is a Cyprus-based digital services company operating under the brand BoFu Digital, providing B2B services including marketing, technology, analytics, and operational support to international brands. One of the projects they support operates within the i-Gaming industry and focuses on Latin American markets. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to support affiliate marketing activities for this international project. Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Affiliate Manager. You will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling affiliate partnerships across key LATAM markets, with a strong focus on performance, long-term relationships, and sustainable growth. This role is ideal for someone who already has an existing affiliate network, understands the LATAM ecosystem, and knows how to drive quality traffic and results. Key Responsibilities - Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates across LATAM markets (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina) - Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates - Negotiate and support management of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals in coordination with the operating team - Monitor affiliate performance (FTDs, NGR, retention, quality of traffic) - Optimize campaigns and promotions to maximize ROI - Collaborate with internal marketing and analytics teams and coordinate with the operating entity’s Payments, Risk, CRM, and Compliance teams where required - Ensure affiliates follow brand guidelines and compliance standards defined by the operating entity. - Prepare performance reports and forecasts for management Requirements - 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Affiliate Management,with a strong preference for LATAM - Proven experience working with LATAM markets - Existing portfolio of active affiliates - Strong understanding of affiliate KPIs and performance models - Experience with affiliate platforms (NetRefer, A
