Must Have
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance partnerships, or growth (crypto, fintech, or B2C tech), Proven success in building or scaling revenue-focused affiliate programs, Experience managing a range of partners: influencers, KOLs, educators, niche publishers, and macro creators, Skilled in performance modeling: CPA, revenue share, hybrid models, ROI tracking, payout optimization, relationship-building and community management skills for affiliate engagement and support, Hands-on with affiliate analytics, attribution tools, UTM systems, and campaign testing, Comfortable working across time zones and with legal/finance for partner operations, Fluent English with excellent communication and copywriting skills for affiliate kits and partner content
Nice to Have
US market is a plus, knowledge of affiliate platforms is a plus, understanding of fintech and crypto ecosystems, and blockchain fundamentals, Trading experience is a huge plus

Role Overview As Affiliate Manager you’ll lead and scale our global affiliate marketing program, grow partner-driven acquisition, and drive revenue through high-impact collaborations with influencers, educators, and community leaders. In this hands-on role, you’ll own the end-to-end affiliate lifecycle: from strategy and onboarding to activation and optimization. You’ll develop performance-focused partnerships across key markets (with priority on the US), build strong partner relationships, and align affiliate efforts with broader marketing and product campaigns.
