What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Fluent in Thai and English, both spoken and written, 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing or similar roles, Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities, Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive, Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment, Understanding of Southeast Asian markets, especially Thailand
Nice to Have
Familiarity with streaming platforms, social media traffic or performance marketing channels, Experience using tools such as Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and data analysis, Exposure to iGaming, crypto, or similar industries is a plus
What You'll Do.
recruit and onboard new affiliates in the Thailand market across social media
streaming platforms and other traffic channels
Build and manage relationships with Thai-speaking partners
acting as the main point of contact for daily communication and support
Assist in launching and scaling the Thailand affiliate program from day one
Analyze affiliate performance data to optimize traffic quality
Negotiate commission structures and partnership terms to maximise growth and profitability
Monitor market trends
competitor activity and local user behavior in Thailand
Ensure compliance and maintain high standards of partner quality to protect brand integrity
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency
Support other Southeast Asian markets
