Must Have

Active Illinois APRN license, Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections), Comfort treating independently, Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.), Patient communication, Professionalism, Commitment to safety

Nice to Have

Full practice authority, Existing client base or ability to build one through networking, Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations, Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month
