Must Have
Several years of proven professional experience in leading and managing complex IT projects, Strong, practical knowledge of traditional project management, Demonstrable experience in applying Agile methodologies, Broad knowledge of enterprise IT landscapes, Expert proficiency with project management tools, Excellent leadership, High resilience, Assertiveness, Negotiator, Communicator with proven experience in managing senior stakeholders, complex dependencies, and project teams, Business & technical fluent English
Nice to Have
PMI (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification, Agile methodologies certifications (e.g., Scrum Master), Solid knowledge of IT service management, ITIL certification, German
