What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School diploma or GED, Successful completion of a TIG Welding Training Course (formal program), Or previous experience as a TIG welder with 6 months experience, Successful completion of the Unison-Dayton TIG Welding Assessment, At least 18 years of age

What You'll Do.
Weld metal components using Tig welding equipment
Connect cables from welding unit
Manually guide torch along weld line
or overhead positions
Examine weld for bead size
Manually apply filler rod
Clean weld joint or workpiece
Prepare rework parts for welding
Position or clamp workpieces
Tack assemblies together
