Job role may include sales, job design, execution, and follow-up activities. Provides the planning necessary for the job, including instructions to the crew and equipment used. Coordinates and directs the activities of service operators. Coordinates the cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. May evaluate individual performance levels of the crew and train operators to improve their job performance. * Having good Functional / Technical, Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Team Working Skills. * Specializing in Aeroderivatives turbines – LM2500, LM6000, LMS100. * Working under minimal supervision while receiving and following established tasks according to the Maintenance or Installation activities schedule on Customer equipment in the Field. * Actively collaborating with other crew members in the Installation and/or Maintenance activities of Customer Equipment in the Field at Customer Sites. * Being responsible for the execution of specific tasks following the Site Quality Check Lists provided for the agreed scope of work. * Interacting with Customer Representatives and the Site Team on routine matters at the Field Job Site such as coordination meetings. * Providing all required records of all activities accomplished at Customer Site to the Baker Hughes IET Supervisor and promoting and mai
