What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of telecommunications construction experience, Previous leadership or crew lead experience, Knowledge of aerial and underground telecom construction, Experience with CATV, coaxial, and fiber systems, Comfortable working in bucket trucks and climbing poles, understanding of OSHA safety requirements, Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, Ability to climb and work up to 35 feet, Ability to read work orders and cable prints, Availability for on-call work, evenings, and weekends as needed, communication and leadership skills
Nice to Have
OSHA 10 Certification, CPR Certification, Flagging Certification, Experience operating digger and derrick trucks, Experience with fiber splicing, coax splicing, or directional drilling, Military experience related to telecom/construction fields
What You'll Do.
Install and repair aerial CATV
Lead and direct daily activities
Ensure work completed per specifications
Set up and maintain job site safety
Coordinate with Area Supervisors
Maintain crew documentation
Oversee daily schedules
Mentor and support team members
Operate bucket trucks
