What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University or College degree, preferably major in Computer Science or Engineering, 2 plus years experience within software or related industry with a cursory knowledge of global development practices and procedures, English level (CEFR) B1+ or equivalent, solid knowledge and experience in software development utilizing technologies for the project assigned and consistent with the team typically including using design patterns, Object Oriented Design, C#,. NET Framework, SQL Database, C, C++, and other development tools and languages as required, experience with Microsoft Visual Studio or other equivalent IDE, Be able to provide a clear purpose and direction to your sprint tasks, Understand and communicate measurable performance objectives, Communicate clearly and succinctly, Support team members through on-the-job training (or being trained), Resolve problems and conflicts positively, Conduct yourself in line with appropriate MiTek Vietnam procedures, Create a supportive, inclusive environment within the team, Ability to encourage and motivate staff to deliver on initiatives with a focus on quality, Identify opportunities for better service delivery and development, Promote and support continuous improvement culture, Support team members through change processes, Capability to live the MiTek Vietnam values, Demonstrated internal customer service insights including the implementation of employee satisfaction charters

Apply software engineering best practices
analyze and improve the current development process
Participate in requirements reviews
Participate in design and design reviews
Independently design quality solutions for small to medium features
