Must Have
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions, Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services, Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to guide execution excellence

Support product sales as a technical and domain expert
Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges
Give product demonstrations to align our solution
Answer product feature and technical questions
Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements
Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets
Stay current on competitive analysis
Support marketing events

Team & Collaboration
Support product sales with a client-facing sales team; Work collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services; Work with Sales counterpart to guide execution excellence; Share and learn best practices with other Solution Consultants
Communication Scope
Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners and ServiceNow colleagues
