Must Have
Fluent in English and Mandarin, BS/CS/CE Business or Technical degree, Minimum 5+ years L2/L3 networking design and implementation experience, Focus on Data Center, Campus, and WIFI solutions, Presentation and selling skills, Solid understanding of building customer relationships, Good interpersonal skills, Customer relations skills, Problem management skills, Experience creating technical material, Recent experience in leaf-spine architecture design, Expert knowledge in Ethernet, Expert knowledge in RSTP/ MSTP, Expert knowledge in VLANs, Expert knowledge in IP Routing, Expert knowledge in TCP/IP, Expert knowledge in OSPF, Expert knowledge in BGP, Expert knowledge in eBGP, Expert knowledge in VxLAN, Expert knowledge in EVPN, Expert knowledge in Multicast, Expert knowledge in Spanning Tree, Expert knowledge in QoS, Expert level knowledge of industry-standard CLI
Nice to Have
MBA/MS degree a plus, Network Industry Certification preferred, Demonstrated work experience as Sales Engineer, Demonstrated work experience as Solutions Architect, Demonstrated work experience as Pre-Sales SE, Demonstrated work experience as Network Consulting Engineer, Previous experience building network automation using Python, Previous experience building network automation using Ansible, Writing skills and ability to create informative white papers
What You'll Do.
Partner with Account teams
Provide onsite technical systems engineering support
Act as a trusted advisor for customers
Identify opportunities with customers
Collaborate with Arista Account Managers
Gain business understanding of clients
Gain technological understanding of clients
Conduct network architectural reviews
Identify areas for improvement
Conduct Arista product presentations
Own pre-sales technical relationship
Own post-sales technical relationship
Build deep knowledge of Arista technologies
Maintain deep knowledge of Arista technologies
Support channel partner engineers
Help enable channel partner engineers
Support customers' engineers
Help enable customers' engineers
Help enable architects
Execute technical Quarterly Business Reviews
Support onsite requirements at customer site
Facilitate technical training on Arista products
Facilitate technical training on Arista differentiators
Facilitate technical training on Arista solutions
Facilitate technical training on Arista demos
Architect Arista Data Center network solutions
Design Arista Data Center network solutions
Propose Arista Data Center network solutions
Architect Arista Campus network solutions

Perform hands-on testing
Validate customer proof-of-concept setups
Validate Data Center network designs
