What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience supporting SCADA, OT, or industrial control systems in a natural gas, pipeline, or critical infrastructure environment, Experienced supporting Windows-based servers, workstations, and endpoints in regulated, high‑availability operational environments, Knowledgeable in coordinating patching, maintenance, and change activities within a 24×7 operational setting, Ability to influence decisions, manage cross‑team coordination, and report on technical progress, Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Nice to Have
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree holder in Information Technology, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent OT/SCADA experience)

This role supports the operational technology (OT) infrastructure that underpins SCADA and HMI systems across compressor stations, gas control centers, data centers, and field locations. Apply today for this extraordinary opportunity with Enbridge! **What You Will Do** * Coordinate and implement monthly patching for SCADA and HMI servers, workstations, and OT endpoints across compressor stations and gas control environments. * Provide infrastructure support for SCADA systems hosted in primary and secondary data centers, partnering with SCADA Support and Gas Control teams to ensure system readiness. * Support OT workstations, thin clients, and field laptops used by Automation and Control systems, including troubleshooting and lifecycle planning. * Coordinate infrastructure activities with Gas Control, Automation & Controls, and SCADA teams to minimize operational impact during maintenance and outages. * Track and assess IT, Network, Telecom, and Cybersecurity changes affecting OT systems, mitigating risk and escalating issues when required. * Support identity, access, and Active Directory operations for OT systems across gas control centers, compressor stations, and LNG facilities. **Who You Are** * An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree holder in Information Technology, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent OT/SCADA experience). * A professional with 4+ years of experience supporting SCADA, OT, or industrial control systems in a natural gas, pipeline, or critical infrastructure environment. * Experienced supporting W
