What You'll Do.
leading and assisting with broad range of HR services
supporting central services
Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
Create and maintain pro-active
and trusting relationships with leaders and employees to provide advice
and counsel on HR matters
Execute key HR initiatives
providing available and responsive internal employee support
and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement
Support employee development and training programs through communication
and recommendation of various internal and external programs
Assist in the implementation
and administration of human resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law
Investigate employee relations issues including employee matters and performance issues
maintaining and updating employee data in support of recruitment
performance management and reporting activities
Support and participate in the disability management process
