4+ years of directly related experience in regulatory, compliance, environment, lands, project management experience, and/or oil & gas industry experience, written and verbal communication skills, Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities with attention to detail, Work independently while building productive relationships with diverse stakeholders, Experience or aptitude in compliance systems, reporting, and process-based work

Nice to Have

Experience coordinating management reporting across a diverse stakeholder group is considered an asset, Experience with crafting, reviewing, and editing policies and procedures is viewed as an advantage, Familiarity with Encompass (Enablon), Power BI, Power Apps, or policy development is considered an asset
