Specifically, EAS Advisors will investigate employee-reported, HR-related complaints submitted through the company’s ethics hotline (or other channels) regarding: company policy, unfair treatment, workplace disputes, performance management, wage and hour, alleged harassment and other employee relations matters. EAS Advisors also assist in the gathering, analysis and presentation of employee relations data and provide regular reporting to partners on significant trends and potential impact on strategic planning. EAS Advisors may also be assigned to a variety of employee relations related projects (e.g., Conflicts of Interest and CX Escalations processes). Assignment structure will depend on the needs of the business. **Job Description** **Responsibilities:** * Independently conducts impartial, confidential investigations into employee-reported, HR-related concerns; provides recommended actions to local leadership and collaborates on determining appropriate final resolutions. * Escalates defined matters to appropriate partners and conducts certain investigations of escalated matters at their direction. * Drafts thorough investigation summaries
