Minimum 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role within performance marketing, adtech, or digital advertising, Proven track record in account management or direct sales ad operations experience including campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting, Ability to lead independent client discussions and collaborate closely with the sales team to onboard and grow advertiser accounts, analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance, Excellent presentation and communication skills — fluent in English and Hindi, Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities, experience handling a minimum of 10 accounts, Passion for online content and a deep understanding of digital marketing, Experience working cross-functionally across internal teams, Consistent record of exceeding performance goals, Willingness to travel for client meetings
