What They're Looking For.

Must Have

8 + years of direct hands-on experience in advertising operations or digital marketing operations roles., Proven technical expertise with Google Tag Manager and implementing tracking pixels for major ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)., Demonstrated leadership capability, including mentoring team members, managing escalations, and owning stakeholder conversations with a solution-focused approach., Experience working across multiple regions, time zones, or markets, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and enforce global standards., Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and a process-driven mindset., Excellent English written and verbal communication skills for providing clear guidance to diverse stakeholders and serving as an operational authority with external partners., Proficiency with project management tools (e. g. , Workfront) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Nice to Have

Experience deploying and validating advanced tracking solutions such as Conversion API (CAPI) and Enhanced Conversions., Familiarity with financial reconciliation processes and enterprise financial systems for campaign expense management., Knowledge of vendor and agency onboarding protocols from a systems and process perspective., Background in quality assurance methodologies for campaign setup validation and tracking verification., Experience with SharePoint or similar platforms for documentation management and knowledge sharing., Understanding of global marketing compliance and data governance requirements in paid media.
