What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–4 years of supervisory experience in adventure parks, amusement parks, recreation facilities, hospitality, or similar environments, understanding of safety regulations and operational procedures, Leadership and team management skills, Excellent communication and customer service abilities, Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure, Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shifts
Nice to Have
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, recreation management, sports management, or related field, First Aid/CPR certification
What You'll Do.
Supervise daily operations of the adventure park
and support operational staff to ensure excellent customer service and safety compliance.
Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment
Ensure all guests receive safety briefings and follow park rules and procedures.
Respond promptly to incidents
and operational efficiency during peak hours.
Train new team members on operational procedures
and emergency response protocols.
Maintain accurate operational reports
and maintenance records.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to address equipment issues and ensure minimal downtime.
Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained throughout the park.
and special group activities when required.
Assist management in achieving revenue
and operational targets.
