What You'll Do.
Operate outdoor activity operations
Assist with outdoor activity operations
Maintain outdoor activity operations
Work closely with other departments
Provide a great guest experience
Operate a climbing wall
Operate a trampoline jumper
Assist guests through adventures
Coach guests through adventures
Follow all safety procedures
Follow operating standards
Follow training protocols
Conduct pre-use equipment inspections
Report unsafe conditions
Become knowledgeable of Schweitzer Mountain facilities
Become knowledgeable of other activities
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with the Activity Center staff; Work closely with outdoor activities staff; Work closely with other departments; Work closely with Lift Maintenance; Work closely with Patrol
