## Accountabilities Design and own the end-to-end architecture of SharePoint-based training and enablement platforms supporting global content ecosystems. Define and implement information architecture components including metadata models, taxonomy, permissions, site structures, and lifecycle governance. Integrate and apply AI capabilities such as intelligent tagging, semantic search, summarization, recommendations, and content quality insights. Lead implementation of SharePoint solutions, including workflows, configurations, and integrations with LMS, CRM, and other enterprise systems. Establish and enforce content governance frameworks covering creation, approval, versioning, compliance, and retirement processes. Collaborate with IT, security, and enterprise architecture teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant platform design. Enable adoption through documentation, templates, playbooks, and guidance for content owners and administrators. Continuously monitor platform usage and performance to drive improvements in architecture, AI features, and user experience. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in SharePoint architecture, content management systems, or enterprise knowledge platforms. Strong expertise in information architecture, metadata design, taxonomy development, and content governance practices. Experience applying AI, automation, or advanced search technologies within content or knowledge management environments. Ability to translate business, learning, and enablement requirements into scalable and secure technical architectures. Experience integrating enterprise systems such as LMS, CRM, or digital enablement platforms. Strong collaboration skills working across IT, marketing, enablement, and business stakeholders.
