Must Have
4+ years of experience in Data Science, 4+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, 4+ years of experience in Applied Machine Learning with proven production delivery experience, SQL skills including Data modeling, SQL skills including Query optimization, SQL skills including Governance-ready dataset development, Hands-on experience with Databricks (Delta Lake, notebooks, jobs, SQL Warehouses) or similar enterprise data platforms, Python experience for Data preparation, Python experience for Modeling, Python experience for Workflow automation, Ability to communicate assumptions, risks, and analytical outcomes clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience in warehouse automation or intralogistics environments, Experience with AMRs, Experience with AutoStore, Experience with Shuttle systems, Experience with Sortation, Experience with WES/WCS platforms, Experience with Forecasting, Experience with Optimization, Experience with Simulation / Digital Twin technologies, Experience with Decision-support analytics, Familiarity with document parsing and extraction workflows for RFP/specification processing, Tableau experience including Curated dataset publishing, Tableau experience including Dashboard performance optimization
