Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling. **Job Responsibilities:** * Lead, participant and approve Customer Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) timing (Phased PPAP) * Ensures all APQP requirements are known/tracked/adhered to using planned milestones * Review Government Approvals required and developed Inspection Standards * Leads Plant trials for Engineering changes, Tool Moves and New Program Launches * Lead Launch and Warranty issue resolution in problem solving for applicable customer quality concerns. (Customer Specific Reports: 8D, 7 Steps, 5 Phases, Is/Is, 6 Panels, etc.) * Participate in Warranty reviews and analysis at customer center * Manages applicable new model launch field support to ensure effective containment and timely closures of issues * Coordinate and participate in Internal/Supplier Drawing Reviews * Prepare and complete Control Plans, component Receiving Inspection Matrix and Instructions * Assist in Preparation and approval of Assembly Work Instructions * Develop Product Validation Plan (Schedule) including reliability and confidence (R&C) requirements in accordance with Progra
