Full Job Description
Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Social Worker for its client’s First Response (Duty) Team based in Trafford Town Hall in Stretford. This is a full-time agency role supporting a non-case holding front door function, working with families to build on strengths and access the right support at the right time. What will your responsibilities be? Work within a non-case holding social work role, reaching into the community to support families in building on strengths and accessing appropriate services Offer advice and guidance, supporting the development of plans, assessing risk, and coordinating partners for effective intervention Use knowledge of risk and thresholds to engage professionals and families, building positive relationships within the community Support Front Door functions by taking referrals, sharing information, identifying risk and strengths, and facilitating appropriate work transfers Coach, support, and supervise designated staff or students, contributing to professional development Qualifications and Experience: Social Work England registration Eligible to work in the UK Full UK driving licence Post-qualified experience as a Social Worker Degree level or equivalent in Social Work Benefits: Great Senior Management Support Non-case holding role Opportunity to coach, support, and supervise designated staff and students Working from home opportunities £36.25 hours per week Long term contracts available MS Teams interviews Why Liquid Personnel?
