In this role, you will provide Urgent / InstaCare services to patients in their home. * This position includes a **$5,000 sign-on bonus** , up to **$7,500 in relocation **assistance when applicable, a competitive salary, and an **$18,000.00 Annual Quality Incentive** * Your home base will be Clinic Wynn – this role is primarily a mobile practice delivering care to the patient in their home setting via your personal vehicle * Weekly schedule involves 3 x 12 hour days / week **** **How we'll support you:** We care about your wellbeing which is why we provide our caregivers with a generous benefits package.
