Float Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Mobile Primary Care | Senior Living | Home-Based Care Join a high-growth, mobile healthcare team serving seniors across personal homes, board and cares, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities. We are hiring a Float Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to support a large regional footprint — providing coverage for PTO, turnover, and new building launches while maintaining continuity of high-quality, relationship-based care. This is a high-visibility role ideal for experienced clinicians who are adaptable, operationally strong, and interested in future leadership opportunities.
