About the role As an APP at Steadfast Health, you’ll practice at the top of your license in a supportive, evidence-based addiction medicine model. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and peers to deliver coordinated, compassionate care. With streamlined workflows and dedicated MA support, you can spend more of your day doing what matters most: caring for your patients without distraction. Responsibilities Diagnose and manage SUDs and associated comorbidities, embodying the Steadfast patient-first ethos. Collaborate with all clinic-level team members to formulate and execute patient care plans, including Medical Assistants, Peer Recovery Specialists, and Therapists. Provide expert compassion and patient-centered advocacy through the application of Motivational Interviewing principles.
