Graduate and certified from accredited advanced practice program, Unrestricted license in practicing state or eligible, Active DEA registration or eligible, Active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or eligible, Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Nice to Have
Two or more years outpatient clinical experience, Comfortable treating pediatric and adult patients, Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Athena
