Must Have
Graduate of accredited school of pharmacy, 4 years recent relevant experience, PHARMR-Registered Pharmacist Upon Hire, ASHP-Post Graduate Year 1 ASHP General Pharmacy Residency Upon Hire, Hospital Medical staff Credentialing within 6 months
Nice to Have
EPIC patient profile, EPIC system, RN and MD charting within EMR, Chemotherapy plan templates within EMR
