## Description About Us Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts (PPLM) is the state’s leading provider of sexual and reproductive health care, nationally recognized for education and research. Our mission: ensure everyone in Massachusetts has access to compassionate, judgment-free care and education. We operate four health centers and offer telehealth statewide as part of a network of 600 Planned Parenthood affiliates nationwide. ## Your Day-to-Day Provide high-quality sexual and reproductive health care following PPFA, PPLM, and Massachusetts guidelines. Conduct patient visits, including history review, exams, and clinical decision-making. Deliver key services: contraception (IUDs, implants), STI testing/treatment, pregnancy care, medication abortion, and gender-affirming hormone therapy. Manage labs, referrals, and follow-up care to ensure safe, coordinated treatment. Educate patients and support informed, judgment-free care. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with MA DPH, OSHA, CLIA, and Title X standards. Collaborate with team members, support clinic flow, and maintain required licensure and certifications. ## Qualifications ✅ Active Massachusetts license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), or Physician Assistant (PA).✅ Current DEA registration, MA Controlled Substance Registration, and BLS/CPR certification.✅ 5–8 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.✅ Strong clinical background in sexual and reproductive health.✅ Ability to provide compassionate, inclusive care to diverse populations.✅ Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.✅ Comfortable using electronic health records and basic computer tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).✅ Ability to lift 30 lbs and remain active throughout the shift. ## Additional Information Why Join Us?   We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package, including:       •  Generous Paid Time Off     •  Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance     •  403(b) Retirement Pla
